The 2025 SCRiB LAB Playwriting Conference is THE showcase of more than two dozen theatre companies, membership centers, new works programs, community organizations, and writing groups. Secure an exhibit space today to reach 100+ playwrights, writers, theatre artists, and community members in the Seattle area.

This year, we’re partnering with Theatre Puget Sound to bring you PACS: Performing Arts Conference Series. It’s a full weekend of events! The SCRiB LAB Playwriting Conference (that’s us!) is on Saturday, and TPS’s Creatives Conference is on Sunday. Same space, different topics.

As an exhibitor of the Playwriting Conference, we’d like to offer you a discounted ticket to attend the full PACS weekend. For an additional $25, you will receive full access to the Sunday conference. See below for those add-on options.

2025 Exhibit Space Packages

Full Table Package

includes the following:

  • one 4.5 x 2 ft table

  • two chairs

  • one printed exhibitor ID sign

  • two waived registrations to full conference

  • listing in the conference program and on website

Half Table Package

includes the following:

  • one half of a 6.5 ft table, equal to 3.25 x 2 ft space

  • one chair

  • one printed exhibitor ID sign

  • one waived registration to full conference

  • listing in the conference program and on website

Financial Assistance for Exhibitors

If your organization is unable to pay the full amount for exhibition space, please contact us at scriblabconference@gmail.com. We can work with you to fit your budget. Please note that financial assistance only applies to the half table package.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your purchase of exhibitor space, the following refund schedule applies:

  • Up to one month before the conference (before May 21, 2025), refunds will be issued less transaction fees.

  • Up to two weeks before the conference (before June 7, 2025), refunds will be issued less a 10% fee.

  • Up to one week before the conference (before June 14, 2025), refunds will be issued less a 50% fee.

  • No refunds or credits are available within one week of the conference (starting June 14).

  • SCRiB LAB cannot provide refunds for an exhibitor who is unable to attend the conference, for any reason. 

  • If SCRiB LAB has to cancel the conference, you will receive a full refund.
