Blackout poetry is a cross of art forms, time, and voice. While the standard blackout poetry had lines stricken from it, some poets have published collections that only include the words they chose to keep. In this workshop, we’ll read different blackout poems, discuss them, and explore the different texts (fiction, poetry, legal, etc.) that can be used as the base for these poems.
