How to Build a Fantasy World (session 2)

Have you ever wondered where to begin when creating a fantasy novel? Look no further! In this 4-week class, we’ll take you through the main points of writing and creating a fantasy world. Each week, we’ll focus on a new craft elements: World Building, Characterization, Point of View, and Dialogue. By the end of this class, you’ll have a full outline and the beginning of a new first draft.

If you’re aren’t already into fantasy, don’t be shy! This class is aimed at writers of all genres. So bring your memoir and poetry writing along with your speculative fiction.

This class includes generative writing and feedback. It’s recommended that you have a Google Drive set up to share work.

Taught by Hannah Klinkhammer.

All sessions are on Zoom. Each session is 2 hours.
You are welcome to attend each session or just Tuesdays or just Fridays.
