SCRiB LAB is partnering with the Dramatists Guild to hold an open forum for Seattle-area dramatists.

We held a Seattle Playwriting Mini-Summit in June to discuss the state of new writing in the Seattle metro area. At this follow-up meeting, you’re invited to share your thoughts and help set up an action plan for future theatrical development opportunities in the region. You'll also get the chance to discuss resource sharing, partnering with local organizations, and setting community guidelines for ongoing programming. In addition, we'll encourage you to consider the role that the Dramatists Guild can play in supporting this work alongside the Seattle theatre writing community.

This event is free and open to anyone in the Seattle region who has a vested interest in new play development. Gather your most inspiring ideas --- and we hope to see you there!
