Fairytales: Magical Objects

all times in Pacific
all labs on Zoom

In this continuing series about fairytales, we explore why we keep telling the same stories over and over and how we can draw inspiration from them.

This session focuses on the magical objects found in fairytales. How do they function? How do they move the story forward? And most importantly, how they can be used in your own work? We’ll dive into how magical objects are used in fairytales to further the stories forward, through generative writing exercises and discovering how we can use them in our own work.
