Shakespeare: Rhythm & Dialogue

all times in Pacific
all labs on Zoom

Whether you've long loved Shakespeare or are brand new to his work, this workshop will bring you closer to the poetic and rhythmic devices of his dialogue. We'll discuss rhyme schemes, character motivations, and literary devices for some of the Bard’s monologues and sonnets. There'll even be time to do some Shakespeare-inspired writing of your own. Come ready to discuss, write, and dive in!

Led by Maria Burns.
