REFUND & CANCELLATiON POLiCiES

If you need to cancel your registration for a lab (including workshops, classes, and events), the following refund schedule applies:

Three (3) days or more before a class, refunds will be issued less a 10% fee.
Less than three (3) days before a lab starts, no refund or credits are available.
No refunds or credits are available after labs begin.
SCRiB LAB cannot provide refunds, transfer payments, or offer makeup sessions for labs a participant might miss, for any reason.
If SCRiB LAB has to cancel a lab, you will receive a full refund.

There are no refunds for group memberships. Please select your payment schedule (quarterly or yearly) when considering this.

QUARTERLY PAYMENTS

Payments are due before each quarter begins. You will be emailed the exact dates when you pay your initial fee.
Suggestion: set up a recurring reminder on your calendar so you don’t forget to pay each quarter.
You may be asked to step away from the group if your quarterly payments are behind.

YEARLY PAYMENTS

Your payment year begins when you join the group (opposed to the calendar year).
You will receive a reminder a month before your next payment is due (11 months from initial payment).
If you leave the group before the end of the paid year, you will not receive a refund for any remaining months.

If you need to cancel your coaching service, the following refund schedule applies:

Three (3) days or more before your first session, refunds will be issued less a 25% fee.
Less than three (3) days and up to 24 hours before your first coaching session, refunds will be issued less a 50% fee.
No refunds or credits are available 24 hours before your coaching sessions begin.
SCRiB LAB cannot provide refunds or transfer payments for coaching sessions a participant might miss, for any reason.
If SCRiB LAB or your coach has to cancel your coaching service, you will receive a full refund.
