Playwriting 101 (session 5)

This eight-week course taught by Megan Loomis is all about the basics of playwriting. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or dusting off the cobwebs of a play you wrote long ago, Playwriting 101 is certain to spark your inner playwright. This is not a crash course, but a course geared to help you get back to the basics and give you tools for inspiration to help deepen your craft as a playwright. Throughout the course, you will generate a scene, a 3-page play, and a monologue. By the end, you will have written a 10-minute play that will be ready for a reading or submitting to theatres.

Please come ready to write and share your work. This course will be held over Zoom.
